Application Instructions
STEP 1: Preparation
Remove contact lenses.
Clean the eye area thoroughly with RefectoCil® Micellar Eye Make-up Remover. For dry or flaky skin, gently rub the eyebrows with the make-up remover before colouring.
STEP 2: Mix & Apply
Mix approx. 2 cm of the desired RefectoCil® eyebrow and eyelash colour with the Oxidant Cream 3% or the Oxidant Liquid 3% in the Browista palette.
Mixing ratio:
2 cm colour + 2 cm Oxidant Cream 3% or
2 cm colour + 10 drops of Oxidant Liquid 3%
STEP 3: Brow Tinting
Using the RefectoCil® brush, apply the colour to the eyebrows evenly in the direction of hair growth. Use a rubber spoolie to comb through the eyebrows so the hairs are well covered with the colour.
Application time: 5 – 10 minutes. Depending on the desired intensity. If eyebrows are being tinted after using Blonde Brow pay attention to the shortened application time (1/3).
STEP 4: Lash Tinting
If tinting the eyelashes, ask your client to look up and place the chosen skin protector (RefectoCil® Eye Care Pads, Silicone Pads or Eye Protection Papers ) as close to the lower lash line as possible.
Evenly apply the tint with a brush in the direction of the hair growth, from base to tip.
Application time: 10 minutes
STEP 5: Remove Tint
After the application time, remove the colour with a damp cotton pad and clean the eyebrows thoroughly by moving both in and against the direction of hair growth.

For a long-lasting and well-groomed result, apply RefectoCil® Styling Gel.
Tips & Tricks: If RefectoCil® Blonde Brow has been previously used, the application time is shortened by 1-5 minutes, with RefectoCil® Brow Lamination, Eyelash Lift and Curl, application time is shortened to 2 minutes.
Allergy test: We recommend an allergy test (patch test) before the first application as well as after long periods without tinting.
