The vegan BeautyLash Full-Brow-Effect Tinting Kit tints every hair to a rich black. Recommended for dark brown to black eyebrows. Also suitable for tinting eyelashes. The colour is dermatologically and ophthalmologically tested, lasts up to 6 weeks and is smudge and
