Application Instructions
STEP 1: Preparation
Clean the brows thoroughly using RefectoCil® Micellar Eye Make-Up Remover.
STEP 2: Mix & Apply
Mix 2 cm of RefectoCil® Blonde Brow with 20-25 drops of Oxidant Cream 3%. Use the RefectoCil® brush and blend into a creamy paste.
Info: Only use Oxidant Cream 3%. Mixing with Oxidant Liquid 3% does not result in a workable paste.
STEP 3: Application
Apply the bleaching paste on the eyebrows with a RefectoCil® brush in the direction of the hair growth. For optimal results, also brush the paste against the direction of the hair growth.
STEP 4: Application
Using a rubber spoolie, brush the paste into the eyebrows, working upwards from the bottom of the brow.
STEP 5: Application Time
The eyebrows must be fully covered with the paste. They should look like “clouds“.
Depending on the desired result, allow the paste to work under observation:
5 minutes = one shade lighter
12 minutes = two shades lighter
20 minutes = three shades lighter
STEP 6: Remove
Remove the paste with a damp cotton pad. Then clean the area with RefectoCil® Micellar Eye Make-up Remover to ensure that the paste has been completely removed. Brush the eyebrows with the RefectoCil® brush.
Before & After
If the eyebrows have been tinted after bleaching, apply RefectoCil® Styling Gel to the eyebrows for care and colour protection.
Recommend RefectoCil® Care Balm as intensive care for home use. Do not apply Care Balm in the first 24 hours after tinting, the oily formula could weaken the colour result.
Allergy test: We recommend an allergy test (patch test) before the first application as well as after long periods without tinting.
Ingredients: Paraffinum Liquidum, Ammonium Persulfate, Potassium Persulfate, Sodium Silicate.
