Intensifying Primer Medium

Prepares eyebrow area for a more intense make-up effect. For longer-lasting results. Choose between Medium and Strong.

For professional use only

1. Open the desired Intensifying Primer and put a pea-sized amount into one of the cosmetic dishes.

2. Apply the Intensifying Primer to the eyebrows and skin with the RefectoCil® cosmetic brush.

3. Application time: 4 minutes. 

4. Remove the Intensifying Primer using a dry cotton swab.

5. Leave to dry before the next step.
